Overview Customer Service Associate I at Family Dollar – Part-time Location: 622 S Main Street, Eufaula, Oklahoma 74432 Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and overall presentation Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks and Benefits Employee Assistance Program Retirement plans Educational Assistance Other benefits to support health and well-being We are an equal opportunity employer and committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds, without regard to any protected status.
