Call is one night a week from 7p-6:30a, and 1 weekend every 4 weeks from Friday 7p-Monday 6:30a.

Local rate is $-3. Locals are considered within 75 miles of the facility.

Both COVID vaccines and one booster are required along with the flu. No medical or religious exemptions are allowed. No declinations allowed.

Requirements:

• ARRT (R) Required to be IN HAND
• BLS, ACLS - Must have by start and confirm at submission they will obtain it.
• NJ State Radiography License (Can submit without, 1-2 weeks to obtain)

Traveler must begin lab work within 2 business days of acceptance, or they are at risk of cancellation.

All current and future travelers at the Valley Hospital Paramus and The Valley Hospital Float Pool are expected to float, as needed, to the Ridgewood Observation Unit (an offsite location in Ridgewood, NJ).

Modules are both non-billable and billable. Non-billable: time spent on modules during 8 hours of NBO. Billable: time spent on modules after orientation (ex: annually). Modules are completed pre-start during orientation and annually, and modules vary by specialty. Modules are self-reported as well as recorded via transcripts and facility reports.
