TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Glendale, Arizona, 85306!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 24 months ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Candidate's driver's license to verify residency Weekend and holiday rotation required Possible call and float to support other units Description: Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off (RTO) must be indicated clearly and cannot exceed 7 days. There is no RTO during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. All shifts they are willing to work must be specified. Candidates must detail all departments they have experience in and are willing to work. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. The importance of strict adherence to background check standards is emphasized. All submitted candidates must meet the compliance requirements outlined. An ICU skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months. Candidates should have travel experience, which is highly preferred.
