Plant Operator I

Job Summary We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused Plant Operator I for a full-time contract opportunity at a manufacturing facility in Bapchule, AZ. This hands-on industrial role is ideal for candidates who enjoy active production work, operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting efficient plant operations. The Plant Operator I will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment loading liquid products, filling drums and totes, connecting hoses, operating plant equipment, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. This is a strong opportunity to build practical manufacturing, equipment, and plant operations experience with consistent full-time hours and day or night shift options. Candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working around pumps, hoses, piping, forklifts, and industrial equipment are encouraged to apply. The work environment values safety, teamwork, training, and dependable performance. Key Responsibilities Load bulk tanker trucks with liquid products using plant bulk loading systems. Connect and disconnect hoses, operate pumps, and transfer liquid products into designated truck compartments. Fill customer orders into totes, drums, pails, and other approved containers. Move and handle materials throughout the plant while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Assist with routine plant cleaning, light maintenance, hose replacement, PVC piping work, and minor equipment repairs. Enter production and operational information accurately using a tablet while following written procedures and site safety requirements. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Job Type: Contract/Temporary, full-time. Location: Bapchule, AZ 85121. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12-hour shifts.

1. st Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, $20.00 per hour.
2. nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, $21.00 per hour.

Consistent full-time hours. Day and night shift opportunities. Hands-on manufacturing and plant operations experience. Opportunity to develop additional industrial and equipment experience. Site-specific forklift certification will be provided for employees required to operate a forklift.
