Job Description

Production / Manufacturing Team Member (All Shifts)

Join our manufacturing team in a stable, long-term role. We’re looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and good mechanical aptitude to help keep our production lines running smoothly and safely across all shifts.

About the Role

In this position, you will operate production machinery, monitor product quality, and support daily manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Safely operate production equipment according to standard procedures and daily schedules.
Quality Control: Monitor production output for defects or irregularities to ensure high product standards.
Basic Maintenance & Setups: Perform basic machine adjustments, routine checks, and cleanups during production runs.
Documentation: Keep simple, accurate records of production counts and basic line data.
Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all workplace safety procedures, keep your work area clean, and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
Good mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools.
Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shift schedules (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift, and work around moving equipment.
