Supervisor Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Arvada, CO | Surrounding Areas (Westminster, Federal Heights, Broomfield, Thornton) Pay Range: $92,000 – $100,000 Make a Difference One Visit at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring an experienced Supervisor of Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (OT) to provide in-home therapy services while also serving in a supervisory leadership role . This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality care while leading, mentoring, and developing therapy teams to support children with complex needs. Meaningful, patient-centered care in the home and community Leadership opportunity with direct team impact Flexible scheduling and autonomy in caseload management Supportive, clinician-led culture Strong interdisciplinary collaboration Ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities Opportunity to shape clinical excellence and team growth What You’ll Do Clinical Responsibilities Perform evaluations, reassessments, and progress monitoring of pediatric patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Provide skilled interventions to improve ADLs, sensory integration, motor skills, cognition, and functional independence Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications Educate and support families and caregivers for carryover Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Document all care in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Leadership & Supervision Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Maintain oversight of assistant caseloads and documentation compliance Conduct monthly direct observation visits and performance support Provide ongoing coaching, training, and competency development Review and co-sign documentation, including treatment plans and notes Support onboarding, training, and development of new clinicians Assist with caseload growth, staffing support, and coverage needs Participate in discipline meetings, QA/QI initiatives, and special projects Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license – Colorado Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Pediatric and/or home health experience Previous supervisory or mentoring experience Schedule & Flexibility Full-time position with a combination of clinical and supervisory responsibilities Maintain 5–10 patient visits per week Flexible scheduling based on caseload and team needs Frequent travel within assigned Colorado territories Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan Short- and long-term disability CEU reimbursement Professional license reimbursement Tablet provided for documentation Flexible scheduling Ongoing training, mentorship, and support Employee perks including gym membership discounts Annual car giveaway Referral bonus program Our Mission We provide children and young adults with high-quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and professionalism.
