Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Experienced Roofing Sales Estimator, located in Ashland, VA. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for inspecting roofing sites, preparing cost estimates, and creating project proposals. This role involves regular customer interactions to assess needs, provide recommendations, and secure contracts. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of projects and estimates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Commercial and or Residential roofing estimation.
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems/materials and Manufacturers.
- Proven ability to assess project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. xhyhwjd
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
