Responsibilities for a Bilingual Call Center Agent include but are not limited to:

• Interact with customers by telephone in both Quebec French and English
• Process transactions and respond to inquiries about services
• Use computer systems to research information and troubleshoot customer issues
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining a high level of customer service

Candidates for Bilingual Call Center Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Quebec French and English
• Previous call center experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of customer service experience required
• Strong verbal articulation, reading comprehension, and written communication skills required
• Must be computer literate, adaptable, and able to resolve issues calmly and professionally
• BYOD setup required with Windows 10 or higher
• Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better, at least 8GB RAM, and 238GB storage required
• Two screens, a headset, and a quiet home workspace required
• Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload with jitter below 10 required
• Current TalkDesk speed test and computer specification screenshots required

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
