Strategic Corporate Counsel — Contracts & Compliance

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified attorney to join our legal team as Counsel. You will support transactional matters, draft and negotiate contracts, and advise on regulatory and compliance issues across the organization.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school with at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. You will liaise with regulators and may coordinate with external counsel on complex matters.
