Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for each patient.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Document and Monitor Progress: Track clinical developments and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that patients remain on their path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
