The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. Join us in driving the future of automotive retail, where every employee is a valued member of the CAPITAL family!Automotive Service Technician Compensation and Benefits:Competitive PayHealth InsurancePTO401(K)Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Other duties assignedAutomotive Service Technician Requirements:Previous experience as an auto technician preferredKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast, eager learner and team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsComputer skills and willingness to learn new problemsAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentClean driving record & valid driver’s licenseMust pass pre-employment background screeningsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
