As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with BCBAs and other professionals to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions and strategies, collecting and recording data, and providing feedback to BCBAs and families. Your main goal will be to support the growth and development of our clients, promoting meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes. Responsibilities: Implement behavioral interventions and strategies, as designed by BCBAs, to support clients in achieving their goals Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, providing feedback to BCBAs and families Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide support and reinforcement to clients in various settings, including homes, clinics, and schools Maintain accurate records of client progress, data collection, and service delivery Participate in ongoing staff training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge About Us: Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider, committed to providing high-quality services to children and families.
