Position Overview

Saint Francis is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Critical Care Float Pool at Yale Campus Hospital. There are 10 openings available, with positions on both day and night shifts.

The Critical Care Float Pool RN will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across designated critical-care areas while adapting to varying patient needs and unit assignments.

Schedule

5 Night openings: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

12-hour shifts

No call

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of RN experience

Critical care/ICU experience preferred

Previous Cardiac ICU/CVICU experience is helpful

Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license

Current BLS through AHA

Current ACLS

NIHSS is not required

Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and patient-care skills

Ability to work effectively in a float-pool environment and adapt to different critical-care assignments

Patterns Hiring Job ID #426-0914. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
