Resumen del puesto:
Buscamos un/ a maestro/a de preescolar dinámico/a y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Dirigirá una clase de estudiantes durante el año escolar, evaluará su nivel académico actual y diseñará la instrucción para satisfacer las necesidades individuales y colectivas de cada estudiante.

Te apasiona aprender y ayudar a los estudiantes a alcanzar su máximo potencial. Con sólidas habilidades creativas y de resolución de problemas, te encanta conectar con cada estudiante y crear un ambiente de clase atractivo.

Responsabilidades

Crear y seguir un plan de estudios integral
Enseñar habilidades iniciales de lectura y matemáticas.
Ayudar a los niños a desarrollar habilidades sociales y emocionales.
Utilice una variedad de métodos de instrucción y técnicas de aprendizaje.
Comunicarse con los padres y otro personal de la escuela.
Evaluar las habilidades y el desempeño de los estudiantes para garantizar que estén cumpliendo con los hitos del desarrollo.

Cualificaciones

certificación estatal de docencia
Sólida comprensión de los principios del desarrollo infantil y las mejores prácticas en la educación y la gestión del aula.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Conocimiento de las pautas de salud, seguridad y saneamiento en el aula y capacidad para cumplir estrictamente dichas pautas.
Habilidades de resolución de problemas y mediación
