## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Berg rents/sells scaffold/shoring/aerial lifts to the public, but we also have an entire department dedicated to building scaffold and shoring for industrial/commercial jobs. This is the department we are seeking to hire Field Sales. We understand this is a niche industry, and will require training. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's success.
## Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Execute outside sales activities to meet sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals
## Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction scaffold/shoring sales environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive communicator
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
