Location: Lansing, Michigan
Practice Setting: Endoscopy Center
Independent CRNA practice
Reason for Coverage: Short staffing

Compensation:
Hourly: $220/hr
Overtime: $260/hr

Schedule
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 4:30 PM
No call

Clinical Details
Adult and geriatric patient population
Average Case Volume: cases per day
EMR: Epic
Dedicated Endoscopy Center support staff
No trauma designation
No pain management cases
Procedures include:
Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
Independent CRNA anesthesia for endoscopy cases
EGD with biopsies
Colonoscopy with biopsies
Combined EGD/Colonoscopy procedures

Requirements
Board Certified (AANA)
Active Michigan license or willingness to obtain one
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Local providers only
NPDB self-query (completed within 30 days) required at presentation
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
