Job Description
As Tax Manager, you'll partner directly with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, guiding them through complex tax planning, wealth transfer, and compliance strategies that shape financial legacies. What You'll Be Doing
•Lead and oversee tax engagements for UHNW families and private clients
•Review and prepare complex federal and state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)
•Provide strategic advice on income, estate, gift, and trust tax matters
•Partner with legal, wealth, and investment advisors to deliver holistic solutions
•Serve as a trusted advisor to clients year-round, not just during tax season
•Mentor and develop associates and advisors, helping shape best practices across the team
•Contribute to process improvement and uphold a culture of excellence Requirements Who You Are
•4+ years of progressive experience in tax advisory or public accounting
• Active CPA required ; Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred
•Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation
•Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage multiple engagements
•Excellent communicator with a collaborative, service-first mindset
•Big Four experience strongly preferred
•Experience with family offices or private wealth clients is a plus
•Demonstrated stability and long-term growth in prior roles Benefits
