Construction Superintendent

At RECONN, we pride ourselves on driving results while upholding industry excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure strict adherence to plans and specifications, project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, subcontractor and work flow coordination, site logistics, and addressing project challenges as they arise to ensure successful project delivery. Collaboration with project managers, clients, and internal teams is essential to ensure that all work meets design specifications and client expectations. Qualifications Experience in Ground-Up Construction Site Management and expertise in managing on-site operations Strong knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices Fuel Station/C-Store/Retail Center/Restaurant experience is a plus. Excellent Organization Skills for managing multiple aspects of construction projects Proven ability in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution Ability to lead and communicate effectively with teams and contractors 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for project planning and documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr RECONN Construction Services National General Contractors
