Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Location: West Haven, CT / Hamden, CT

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient practice serving patients across a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinics offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic, and Acupuncture services, creating a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule

This position follows a sole-provider clinic model:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: Half-days (8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
  

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize patient outcomes
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  

Important: New graduates will only be considered if they have completed their April boards and currently hold an active Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
