PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 3-4 months (TBD)

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Vitreoretinal surgical procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active NV license or Universal License (IMLC)
Board: Board Certified in Ophthalmology; fellowship trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery (Retina)
DEA: Required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and medically manage retinal diseases
Perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures independently
Provide clinic coverage including patient consultations and follow-ups
Participate in clinic call rotation (1:7)
Utilize ModMed EMR for documentation
