Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Irving, TX (75038)

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (with Possibility of Extension!) | W2 / Full-Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.66/hour (Paid Weekly!)

Shift: M-F |6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Role Overview:

BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our client’s warehouse and order fulfillment operations in Irving, TX. This is a full-time opportunity in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and RF handheld scanners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities.
• Pick, pull, fill, and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize RF handheld scanners to process and track inventory.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify part numbers and lot numbers to ensure order and inventory accuracy.
• Support shipping, receiving, and package-handling activities.
• Meet established performance, quality, and attendance standards.
• Follow required safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive, professional communication.
• Sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience picking and pulling orders in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers, lot numbers, and inventory.
• Ability to consistently meet performance, quality, safety, and attendance expectations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• RF scanner, inventory counting, order fulfillment, and package-handling experience are preferred.
