RN Unit Manager

Pomeroy Living is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead clinical operations within our senior living community. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care plans, and ensures regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes. The RN Unit Manager conducts assessments, manages medication administration, and collaborates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams. You will mentor and schedule nurses and aides, support staff development, and promote a resident-centered culture that emphasizes dignity, safety, and comfort while maintaining accurate documentation and quality improvement practices.
