Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy approaches that support their unique functional goals
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Apply therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical capabilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Empower patients and their families by teaching effective therapy methods that encourage progress at home
• Document Progress Diligently: Monitor therapy outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatments to keep patients on the right path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and additional certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
