Location: Jacksonville, FL

Shifts Available: Day and Evening Shifts
Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable, professional, and observant Class D Licensed Security Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will help maintain a safe and secure environment across our properties. Multiple shifts are available, but primarily hiring for overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions
- Patrol premises regularly, including interior and exterior spaces
- Monitor access points, entrances, and surveillance systems
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Prepare detailed incident reports as needed
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Collaborate with local law enforcement if required
- Maintain professionalism and customer service while interacting with residents, tenants, guests, and staff
Requirements:
- Valid Class D Security Officer License (Florida)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Shifts:
- Looking for officers to cover overnight and daytime shifts
- Full-time and part-time positions available
