Legacy Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our compassionate nursing team serving communities in Chesterfield, Midlothian, and Powhatan. You will provide hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through the hospice journey. Qualified candidates hold a current RN license, at least 1 year in med-surg/acute care (hospice a plus), and are proficient with EMR systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Hospice
