INEOS Grenadier is an all-new premium 4X4 OFFROADER. Grenadier owners are utilitarian, offroad enthusiasts, and outdoor lifestylers. Your role will be to facilitate communication across all departments here and with our customers. We communicate "down-to-earth", honestly, and unapologetically. The Grenadier is a unique vehicle that's built on purpose and is not for everyone. Those that order a Grenadier are very passionate about it. We are too.

We are not salespeople, we are Outfitters that inform and guide.

We are not a car dealership, we are a unique boutique retailer that serves as fulfillment for order holders.

We are not suits/ties/dresses people, we welcome the opportunity to get muddy. We love being outside, in all weather conditions.

We offer vehicles with purpose for unconventional people who challenge the ordinary.

The Assistant Outfitter role includes a roadmap to become an Outfitter (in very short time). Non-negotiable attributes to be considered for this position include:

Understanding & knowledge of the offroad community
Ability (and desire) to stand for long periods (there's no cozy desks here)
Love to work and play in all weather conditions
Attitude of Southern hospitality and gratitude
Requires occasional travel to outdoor events and participation in said events
Mobility/Flexibility
A most evident love for the great outdoors and the natural world

Salary Description $40,000 yr plus bonuses
