Opportunity Details Position Title:Inpatient General Psychiatrist for June 2027 Location: Atlanta, GA The Anchor Hospital campus is a 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission that specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for adolescents, adults and elderly adults. Anchor Hospital is situated two and one-half miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Position Overview: Employment Type: Hospital Employed Start Date: Position available for June 2027 Schedule / Hours: Monday-Friday onsite, day hours, 1:4 shared call Patient Volume: 18–20 daily caseload, ages 10 and older Location: Atlanta, GA Practice Setting: Inpatient Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary with BH Techs, BH RN, Psychiatric NPs, Social Workers and Therapists EMR / Technology: Cerner Responsibilities Your role will encompass admission evaluations and assessments, managing treatment teams, overseeing discharge processes, and performing related administrative tasks.
