Specific Maintenance III

Schedule: Hours per day – 8 Days per week – 5 Schedule: 6:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs basic building maintenance and repair.
2. Repairs, maintains and installs electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, and wiring.
3. Knowledgeable and confident to work on systems up to 277 volts.
4. Repairs and maintains mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and systems.
5. Performs basic repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system.
6. Performs welding and braising as required.
7. Performs computerized programming of Heating and Cooling systems.
8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services.
9. Performs snow plowing.
10. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and crawl under desks/tables

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience preferred Computer literacy preferred Experienced in snow plowing Must have passed the Maintenance test with a minimum score of 75% #J-18808-Ljbffr Nimble
