Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room to ensure a smooth surgical workflow
• Maintaining sterile fields while adhering to stringent infection control standards
• Handing instruments and supplies to surgeons and assisting the surgical team
• Managing surgical equipment efficiently before, during, and after each procedure
• Monitoring surgical supplies to ensure operational readiness

• Keeping accurate surgical counts and documentation to ensure patient safety

Education requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Certifications needed:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• BLS certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire)
