Part-Time Beverage Cart AttendantEsplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Beverage Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Summary: The ideal candidate will maintain a great attitude while working on the golf course selling drinks from the beverage cart, as well as in our Bunker Bar, where they will sell snacks, hot dogs, and drinks.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a professional appearance at all timesDrive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guestsMaintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other suppliesStock beverage carts to par levels each day of useAssure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedOperate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedureLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer serviceInspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerform clean-up and closing duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employeesEnsure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssist in food preparation and tend bar as neededPerform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcoholOther Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendanceExperience preferred but not requiredBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Additional Compensation – Service ChargesEligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
