Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate in Princeton, NJ. This role offers flexibility in location and involves substantive, high-quality deal work. Duties Engage in mid-market M&A and venture capital transactions. Draft stock and asset purchase agreements. Interact directly with clients and handle routine matters independently. Manage major acquisitions and divestiture activities for middle-market companies. Requirements 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience. Working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts. Licensed to practice in FL, GA, NC, SC, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY, or MA. Strong writing skills and academic record. Familiarity with NVCA documents. Large law firm experience preferred. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in specified jurisdictions.
