$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Join Our Team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (2-10PM or 6AM-6PM Shift Preferred) Support Nursing Excellence and Resident Care We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
