Process & NCM Associate Manager, Body in White, Megafactory

What to Expect Megafactory Texas is looking for a dynamic leader to manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and associates in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This self-starter will drive Process and Non-Conforming Material (NCM) initiatives, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve production yield, rework quality, and NCM processes. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and fostering continuous improvement.
