Construction General Laborer Up to 1,500+ WEEKLY w/OT + PER DIEM

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking dependable Construction General Laborers to support an overpass replacement project in Ruston, Louisiana. This position involves performing a variety of physical labor tasks while assisting skilled trades and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and around active construction equipment.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of construction general labor experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Must be reliable and able to work in an outdoor construction environment.
English or Spanish speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
Must comply with pre-employment background check, drug screen, and E-Verify requirements.
Per diem will be offered to those who qualify

Shifts:

Monday-Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Overtime available (40-60 hours per week).

Estamos buscando Ayudantes Generales de Construcción responsables y confiables para apoyar un proyecto de reemplazo de un paso elevado en Ruston, Louisiana. Este puesto implica realizar diversas tareas de trabajo físico, asistir a trabajadores especializados y mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y productivo.

Los candidatos deben sentirse cómodos trabajando al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas y cerca de maquinaria de construcción en funcionamiento.

Requisitos:

Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia como ayudante general de construcción.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras de forma regular.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, estirarse, subir y realizar trabajo físico durante todo el turno.
Ser una persona responsable y capaz de trabajar en un entorno de construcción al aire libre.
Se aceptan candidatos que hablen inglés o español.
Debe aprobar una verificación de antecedentes, prueba de drogas y cumplir con los requisitos de E-Verify antes de ser contratado.
Se ofrecerán viáticos (Per Diem) a quienes califiquen.

Horario:

Lunes a viernes
7:00 a. m. a 4:00 p. m.
Debe estar disponible para trabajar los fines de semana cuando sea necesario.
Tiempo extra disponible (40 a 60 horas por semana).

Duración:
Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente.
