Requirements Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery 24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days if needed Support Staff: APP first assisting not available scrub techs available in OR for case completion Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day minimal PM coverage needs especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day Patient Population/Age: adult Department Description: hospital 24 hour beeper coverage EMR: Cerner Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery License Required: AZ license will look at IMLC LOQ DEA: yes CSR: no Certifications Required: BLS Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing: 21 days Flat rate per day Shift Info: Day 5x24-Hour 07:00 - 07:00
