Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working in resource, transition, or SSN (Significant Support Needs) classrooms is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and implementation
• Ability to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and service providers
• Adaptability for working across grade levels and at various locations
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective special education instruction and interventions
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings; monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
