We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site. Responsibilities The Customer Service Supervisor leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer retention through effective execution of SPIROL's Order Fulfillment Process. This individual provides coaching, develops employees, drives process improvement, manages escalated customer situations, supports recruiting and onboarding efforts, and ensures the department meets service objectives.
