You'll help keep clinic operations running smoothly, support providers during patient visits, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for.What you'll do:Assist physicians and physician assistants with patient care and clinical proceduresPrepare patients for examinations and treatmentsAccurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)Coordinate patient flow to support an efficient and positive clinic experienceCommunicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and team membersMaintain exam rooms, supplies, and clinical equipmentFollow all OSHA, HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, and practice protocolsCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver outstanding patient careWhat we're looking for:Experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting preferredOrthopaedics, pain management, podiatry, or other specialty practice experience is a plusKnowledge of basic human anatomyExperience with EMR systems preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain composed in a busy, high-volume clinic environmentPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamworkCurrent medical assistant credentialing or ability to obtain credentialing within six (6) months of hireAbility and willingness to travel between our Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, and Delray Beach locations, when necessaryWhy join Atlantis Orthopaedics?We are a growing, physician-led multi-specialty practice serving patients throughout Palm Beach County.
