Providing essential outreach and support, the full-time Remote Scheduling Specialist will assist eligible members in navigating healthcare programs and scheduling appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical programs, guiding members through scheduling and eligibility Conduct member outreach and manage inbound calls, accommodating communication preferences Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and facilitate access to services Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO settings High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute Ability to communicate effectively and maintain constructive relationships with diverse members Availability to work full-time and overtime during peak enrollment periods
