The right individual will bring core analytical, systems, and communication skills — with hands-on experience in Workday administration, People Analytics, and supporting the full HR and Talent Acquisition lifecycle. This role is for an innovative, solution-focused thinker with strong organizational instincts who thrives in ambiguity and can manage competing priorities across the entire People Operations team.The Analyst, People Operations will serve as a centralized owner and administrator of key People Ops systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Fountain, EasyLlama, and Lattice. They will be responsible for system configuration, building and maintaining custom reports, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
