Store Manager - Orland Park, ILStore Managers are the point of contact with customers, delivering courteous service to all customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and fellow employees.Job duties include:Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly courteous manner while working the checkout station.Scheduling Sales Associates to ensure that Store is properly staffed at all timesOpening Store daily, ensuring cash is handled securely and reconciling end of day balances.Stocking and maintaining merchandise displays in the store.Prepare and maintain coffee stations and fresh food and drink stations.Keep all areas of the stores and gas pump areas neat and clean.Working well with others - "Do unto others as you would have done for yourself"RequirementsThe requirements for the Store Manager position are:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust have managerial experience in a retail environmentMust have high school degree or GED equivalentMust be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screenMust be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently and clearlyMust be able to perform mathematical calculations at a high school levelMust have reliable transportation and be able to arrive to work on timeMust be able to consistently arrive at work in uniform and in compliance with appearance standardsMust be able to stand for 6 to 10 hours per shift*Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a frequent basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs** Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position
