Compensation: USD 88,000 - USD 115,500 - yearly Company Description The 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games will mark Los Angeles' third time hosting the Olympic Games, previously hosting in 1932 and 1984, and its first time hosting the Paralympic Games. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, the Manager, Global Mobility Operations will support the global mobility operation responsible for bringing LA28's international workforce and partners to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role manages a broad portfolio of immigration matters and leads J‑1 Exchange Visitor Program operations, including SEVIS and DS‑2019 administration, changes of status, and renewals. The Manager ensures all case files remain accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready while partnering closely with immigration counsel, HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to facilitate a successful international workforce experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a broad portfolio of Global Mobility matters, including: Changes of status I‑94 reviews Sponsor obligations SEVIS administration DS‑2019 processing Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready: Case files Tracking systems Standard operating procedures Templates SharePoint records Accuracy Regulatory compliance Deadline management Escalate issues and recommend process improvements where operational gaps are identified. Partner with: Employees Hiring managers Human Resources Talent Acquisition Immigration counsel Provide operational support and coverage across Global Mobility functions as needed.

Through effective case management, compliance oversight, and attention to detail, the Manager, Global Mobility Operations ensures international teammates arrive on time, ready to work, and positioned to contribute to the successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. In‑depth working knowledge of the J‑1 Exchange Visitor Program, including: Sponsor responsibilities SEVIS administration DS‑2019 processing Experience reviewing immigration documentation and maintaining: Accurate records Audit‑ready documentation Tracking systems Ability to interpret immigration regulations and government Additional Information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work onsite in LA28's Downtown Los Angeles office. The majority of work is performed in an office environment and requires extended use of: Computers Telephones Other standard office equipment Ability to work effectively in an open floorplan and open cubicle environment. Work schedules may vary and can include: Evenings Holidays Peak event periods Perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities may evolve over time and include operational support during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The salary range listed represents the range LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including qualifications, experience, internal equity, business needs, and applicable law.
