Position Overview The Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operation running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, putting inventory received in the appropriate locations, and ensuring materials move efficiently through the facility. It’s an excellent fit for someone who is organized, communicative, and takes pride in getting the details right every time. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Shipment Verification Inspect incoming shipments to verify that orders have been filled correctly and goods meet specifications. Distribute incoming goods to the appropriate location within the manufacturing facility. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a practical, commercial mindset. Outstanding organizational skills. Great attitude and a genuine desire for self-improvement. Comfortable working in a thriving, collaborative team environment. Comfortable with, or willing to be trained, operating a forklift, pallet jack or a personal lift. Physical Requirements Observe stocking levels throughout the workday to ensure adequate inventory levels. Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 75 lbs. Must be able to stock items on bottom and top shelves as needed. Requires the ability to communicate clearly and accurately with vendors, and to operate a computer consistently throughout the day.
