Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students

Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting

Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment

Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas

Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates

CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.

Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check

Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs

Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environmen

Have a genuine passion for early childhood education

Are reliable, engaging, patient, and thrive in a dynamic classroom

Love building relationships with children, families, and your team

  The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

  The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.

  Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
