Choose Your Track

1. Environmental Technician Track

Perfect for those who enjoy dynamic field environments, problem-solving, and outdoor/hands-on work.

2. Materials Processing Track

Perfect for those who like a structured, fast-paced team environment focused on efficiency and production goals.

Compensation:

$18 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

Environmental Technician:

What you'll do: Assist with site cleanups, industrial maintenance, spill responses, and environmental remediation projects.
The Vibe: No two days are the same. You will travel to different client sites, work outdoors, and learn how to safely manage unique environmental challenges.
Growth Potential: Gain specialized certifications (like HAZWOPER), operate advanced safety equipment, and advance into an Environmental Crew Lead or Project Manager role.

Materials Processing:

What you'll do: Sort, process, pack, and prepare various materials for shipping, recycling, or disposal. You will operate processing equipment and ensure absolute quality control.
The Vibe: Fast-paced, highly organized, and collaborative. You will primarily work at our core facility alongside a tight-knit team.
Growth Potential: Learn to operate heavy machinery (forklifts, shredders, balers), master inventory management systems, and advance into a Field position or Shift Supervisor role.

Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physically demanding tasks.
Safety First: A strong commitment to following safety rules and wearing required protective gear.
Coachability: No experience? No problem. We provide full-on-the-job training. You just need a willingness to learn.
Team Player: You work well with others and treat your teammates with respect.
