Pay $21.55 an hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) Responsibilities The Direct Support Professional (DSP) implements each individualized plan, attends to personal care needs, oversees health, safety, and well-being of individuals, keeps nurses advised, participates in agency activities, transports and accompanies clients to community activities, assists with daily housekeeping and facility duties, and maintains documentation across residential and day habilitation or community habilitation sites. Additional Responsibilities The DSP provides care, support, and assists residents with activities of daily living. Full-time, part-time, and weekend only opportunities exist. Valid NYS Driver’s License required. No previous experience needed – paid training provided. Starting pay $21.00/hour.
