Lead Emergency Demolition & Building Inspector
City of Chicago
The City of Chicago seeks a Chief Building/Construct Inspector to manage a work unit that directs building inspections related to structural stability and safety hazards. Leading a team, the selected candidate will oversee inspections of distressed properties and coordinate emergency demolition operations. Candidates must have extensive journey-level experience in construction or inspections, along with supervisory experience.
