This role plays a critical part in protecting our people, assets, and overall store environment. As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store while actively working to prevent theft, reduce shrink, and support operational integrity. You will partner closely with store leadership to identify risks, conduct investigations, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
