Job Summary:

The candidate should be able to research topics, simplify complex information, and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear and engaging content for websites, emails, digital platforms, and other communication channels.
• Simplify complex or technical information into easy-to-understand language.
• Adapt writing style and brand tone based on the target audience.
• Create customer-focused content that addresses customer needs and questions.
• Conduct independent research and organize information effectively.
• Apply basic SEO techniques and keyword optimization.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Work with subject matter experts and business teams to develop content.
• Manage multiple writing assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.
