Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by Client Affiliate of a confirmed travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff assignment shall be permitted with 2 weeks' notice prior to the anticipated start date without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate. Client Affiliate may also cancel currently contracted travel or Local Contract Clinical Staff following assignment commencement (i) immediately upon notice for cause, without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate; (ii) immediately upon notice without cause, with a fee equal to the dollar value of 2 weeks of such travel Clinical Staff's guaranteed hours payable to Subcontractor; or (iii) with 2 weeks' notice without cause, without monetary penalty to Client Affiliate. Subcontractor shall pay travel Clinical Staff the wages such travel Clinical Staff would have received in the event of cancellation subject to 2.11.2(ii) above. All travel Clinical Staff shall work the length of the assigned contract, not by the number of total hours worked. If travel Clinical Staff does not complete the entire contract by weeks worked or if cancellation by Subcontractor or travel Clinical Staff occurs within 2 weeks of start date, excluding hardship, Subcontractor shall pay Client Affiliate (or Client Affiliate may deduct from other amounts payable to Subcontractor, in Client Affiliate's discretion) a $750 cancellation fee.
